How do I know which package is right for me?
Our Standard Package is our go-to recommendation and also our most popular. It’s a great base to really get your brand off the ground, while still being affordable for small businesses.
If you’re really unsure, you can always start with our Basic Package and upgrade later or request a one-off project from us later if you need additional collateral or materials.

What will be expected of me as a client?
Don’t worry, we do 99.99% of the the heavy lifting. All we ask of you is to participate in the strategy session, and provide timely feedback as we work through our process.

I’m still unsure of what I’ll get with each package. Do you have examples?
We sure do! Understandably, text descriptions sometimes don’t convey exactly what you’ll be getting, so we put together a helpful visual guide for each package:

What happens one I submit the “Start Your Project” form?
You will receive an email confirmation that lets you know we’ve received your entry. (We’ll respond to you within 1 to 2 business days.) From there, you’ll get a link to book a kick-off meeting with us.

How and when do payments happen?
Once we agree to work together, and our simple contract has been signed, we will send you an invoice for 50% of the total project cost. The remaining 50% is due upon project completion before we send over all packaged files.
We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal. Payment is securely handled through our client portal, which you’ll have access to as soon as we start working together.

What if I need something that’s not listed on your site?
We will gladly work with you on custom projects. Simply reach out via the start a project form, or give us a call and let us know the details.

What is a revision and what counts as one?
Here is a basic overview of what a revision looks like. We send you your 3 initial logo design concepts, and you really like concept two. However, the logo mark is not quite right, and you don’t love the font. You want us to make some tweaks to concept two. That would be 1 round of revisions.
Typically for very small changes, we won’t count them as rounds of revisions.
Additionally, if we’ve worked through the included two rounds of revisions and we’re still not hitting the mark, there may be additional fees for additional rounds of revisions.

I need my project done super fast, can you do that?
While we’re pretty well set on our timelines, it’s a possibility. Simply let us know it’s a rush job when you reach out to us. Depending on how booked we are, we can possibly shorten the length of your project for a $500 rush fee.

We are based in Akron, Ohio in the United States. However, we work with clients all over the country (and world).
